Dear Ta and Ma,

What an amazing 3 weeks in the greatest camp in the universe. We are bringing Moshiach today.

When we gathered together on the first day knowing this would be the best summer ever the head counselor asked for quiet as all the counselors marched in singing, “Hup 234.” And guess what? I am a soldier in Emunah’s Army!!! The theme of the month is GET POSITIONED and we were recruited on the first day of camp!!! Each of us got an army hat and a soldier login! I really felt like a true Chossid when I put on that hat. By the end of the summer I want to reach the rank of general by filling out my daily missions.

Each day has been filled with surprises. One day we woke up to find ourselves in a Shtetl on America’s Nisht Andersh Day. We decorated shmates, sent olden day telegram and so much more. On Emunah going green day we learned how we can ker a velt – change the world for better. The entire camp became color green, even the milk???

I am trying to figure out which was the best day of camp. Was it water day when we enjoyed a car wash, water balloon games, a huge water slide with our awesome head staff? Or was it when we went to Hershey Park and ran from water rides to roller coasters to games and then finally arrived home to Smadar’s hot cocoa and muffins?

How can I forget the very special day of Gimmel Tammuz when we had a live hookup with another camp and the VIPs went to the Ohel. Then we had a tznius fashion show we put together of Jewish women through the ages. On תמוז י״ב, we had a smashing booming Hiskashrus War. I felt so inspired watching both teams portray the Mesiras Nefesh of the Chassidim in Russia and America with songs, stories, decorations, badges and a grand scene. Did you hear us cheering in Crown Heights!?!?

Well Ma and Ta I have to run to my next exciting activity in the greatest camp that is bringing Moshiach now!

Love,

Your Emunah Girl
